The tree guy never came or called me back about dropping two trees, so that will NOT be done before the 4th. BUMMER! I really wanted to get our front yard started but we are at a complete stand still till those trees are out.

So far we’ve gotten all the windows in the house washed, the hot tub casing sanded and ready for re-staining, weeding in the backyard done, gravel/cement cleaned up from the backyard (messy!), all the laundry washed, dried, folded, and either put away or in bags ready to go to goodwill. I have 6 bags of clothes - large industrial size garbage bags full. And most of it is decent stuff. I could freecycle it but I want it gone yesterday. I got the hall closet cleaned out, too, tossing old jackets or nice jackets that never get worn in with the goodwill pile as well. M and I also managed to fit in a hair cut and pedicure yesterday.

Today we’re moving our old fridge to the garage (it will become the beverage / overflow fridge) and totally re-organizing the garage. The new fridge we bought last week is going to be delivered tomorrow. I can’t wait! We got a GE Profile 3 door style. (French doors on top, freezer on the bottom). It has an ice-maker and filtered water too. I’ve never had a fridge with ice/water before. I can’t wait!
