I had mine out 8 years ago and I so wish I had done it when I was a kid. Be aware that the next day and the third day are often the very worst. I hope you doctor gave him liquis pain medicine instead of pills that was a Godsend and helped me get through it. Good luck to him, and to all of you to survive this surgery.
