Setting the Record Straight

So apparently I need to squash a rumor that I heard going around involving me regarding.. well, if you heard the rumor you’ll know.

I am not currently involved in any type of lawsuits, nor have I EVER been involved in any type of lawsuits (unless you count jury duty 14 years ago). I have never filed a lawsuit of any kind in my entire life. I currently have no plans whatsoever of filing any lawsuits in the future. (Unless some Tanya Harding wannabe whacks my knees or something…)

    filing a lawsuit isn’t particularly scary.

    Defending one filed on you!!! now that can be scary, and expensive. REALLY expensive. I had it happen to me. I had to file bankruptcy, ruined my marriage. Split up my family. It was terrible. It’s the REAL WORLD. I guess I deserved it though. I went out of my way to try to piss someone off. It was all very funny until it jumped up and came back at me. Some people SERIOUSLY don’t like to be provoked. you know the saying? “Be careful what you wish for?

    it’s a great day when one can sit down and reflect on just what they wish the future to bring. Even better when you can take steps to ensure that it is bright and shinny and not full of legal expenses.

    I wish that I had a friend that sat me down and gave me a chance to change my path before i got myself into a situation I never dreamed was coming. anyways, i love these random blogs where you can just let your mind wander on meaningless dialog.

    Like I said, I have no intentions of filing a lawsuit… and hope that rumor can just be squashed.
