Well, the house behind us that was for sale seems to have finally sold. We noticed a lot of activity there over the last few days and then the for sale sign went missing. I just looked up houses for sale in my neighborhood on the rmls and don’t see it listed anymore. So yep, it’s safe to assume it sold. Now to see what kind of neighbors we get.

The dream of ours to buy and sell houses still lingers. Although today’s market sure doesn’t make things very inviting. That and a few of the houses I’ve looked at online in the price we could even consider are old and likely have asbestos to deal with. With the history of cancer in my family I really wouldn’t want to even consider purchasing something that could put us at risk of getting mesothelioma. Living with diabetes is bad enough…
