It snailed today
It snowed a little this morning. Nothing that stuck as it was around 36 degrees. But it came down hard enough the kids got so excited and ran outside to wait for the inches to pile up and catch the snow on their tongues. When nothing accumulated they were slightly bummed out. We cheered them up with promises of “nopels” at Coscto.
When we left Costco, it was snailing. This is a word we made up when the snow is not quite snow and is almost like hail. But it’s not really hail either. It’s a cross between hail and snow, thus: snail. This is not to be confused with the Dippin’ Dots we had last year. If you don’t know what Dippin’ Dots are, go here and click on any of the pictures for a close up. Now compare that to this picture we took last year:
Our whole yard was filled with Dippin’ Dots. You just gotta love the Pacific Northwest.

Dippin’ Dots rock. I like mint chocolate chip mixed with chocolate.
I think this is one of the funniest ‘Dippin’ Dots’ BLOGS I’ve seen in a long time!!
And Yes, Dippin’ Dots DO ROCK!!!
Hi Holly,
Thanks for the comment and for the compliment.
