Name two things you consistently do that you consider to be healthy habits.
Consistently? Ugh… I don’t know this word, consistently. Ok um… well I check my BG levels more consistently than I used to.. that’s good for my health. And I take my metformin twice a day like a good girl.

What brand of toothpaste are you using these days? Do you like it? Why or why not?
Crest something… I don’t really like it because it tastes weird and has sparkles in it. I think it’s supposed to be complete care or something? I am not in the mood to run upstairs to look. We bought a bunch of it at Costco.
