Energy!
After camping all weekend, I’m impressed with my new level of energy. I remember last year walking a bit, then wanting to go back to the campsite to sit and rest. This year, 34 lbs lighter, I only needed to ‘rest’ once, and that was because my feet were killing me from walking over bumpy grass fields with tons of huge holes, or gravel roads with big rocks. And the ‘rest’ was only for about 20 minutes and I was back up again. It’s motivating to keep on losing as I like having energy to do more!

That’s great, Tracie!! I know when I was “just” 20 lbs lighter, I had much more energy. Just think, what you’ve lost already is equivalent to what some people gain throughout a pregnancy — you’ve essentially had a baby and lost the pregnancy weight too
