I made myself 2 cheese quesadillas for lunch… I used Whole Wheat Low-Carb/Low-Fat tortillas made by LaTortilla Factory. They had this recommendation on them from a doctor and stuff. 95% fat free and taste great, the package says.
It’s got all this information about how it’s only 5g of “net carbs”. It says:
